The service by Mann-In was very professional, efficient with seamless connections from the 1st call made for quote till the final installation. The in-home consultation with Russell was great and very informative. Mark, leading the installation team, did a fantastic job and explained every details. The installation went for 5 hours, with good craftsmanship and they left the area clean after the installation. We will definitely recommend Mann-In to anyone who needs an HVAC replacement service.

Replaced all heating and air conditioning units in our house. They were most efficient and professional. Returned immediately when a slight glitch came up. We have used them for years to service our old equipment and have never been disappointed. Very pleasant to deal with.

This company installed my heating system last year and my water heater last week. They were on time and professional in every respect. They did the water heater in about an hour an a half. The crew put tarps down everywhere they went. When they were done my wife could not tell they had even been there. I highly recommend them for any service they offer.

Our system broke down completely when it was 90+ outside, and they not only came out that same day, *they hooked up a temporary unit for us AT NO COST!* They are friendly, professional, family-run and respected our home to the point where they took their shoes off each and every time they had to walk on the brand new carpet. I had an excellent experience with Mann-In, who came out to reinstall our furnace that was badly installed by a previous owner and had a gas leak. The team was extremely professional and took the time to come back to our house to explain the system to me when I had an additional question. As a first time homeowner, I really appreciate how trustworthy and caring their team is and plan to use them as long as I can.

My air conditioning unit broke in the summer. I am a yearly maintenance customer. They came in 24 hours. Recommend replacement vs repair. I choose to replace. They installed a window unit which was not helpful. So they came back and hooked up a temporary unit until new unit arrived. The process took several weeks mainly because of supply chain issue .their price is competitive. I used them before. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

I had a fantastic experience with Mann-in. They installed a new HVAC system through Carrier last year after the heat wave. My previous Carrier HVAC/heating system was installed by Mann-in - which lasted over 27 years! Buck Bradley, sales rep, was communicative, professional, and understanding of our situation when the AC broke. I believe this is a family owned business where one of the members came to install a temporary fix (free of charge both parts and labor) until they got the HVAC model that I wanted.

Once the HVAC model was available, Marc Dancico and his team came and timely installed the entire HVAC and heating units. I asked some questions along the way - they were patient and understanding of my questions (its a big purchase!).

I opted in for the 5/10 insurance plan which came in handy this summer. A fan motor was defective (manufacturing issue; not due to installation) and Nate Herr could not have been more helpful. He waited in his car until the flash rain passed through and while still drizzly, he replaced the fan motor. Paid zero for this and no issues there.

Before going with Mann-in last year, I had about 5 other contractors come and take a look and discussed options. I only realized Mann-in was the contactor that last installed the system as the last sales rep (from some other company) was leaving but was already leaning towards going with Mann-in. It's hard to find good contractors and contractors that installs these systems well. Go with Mann-in.

I saved writing a review for a year because I wanted to see how well the systems ran after months of use and interactions with Mann-in. Zero issues; only recommendations for others to go with them.

Mann-In installed a new heat pump/outdoor unit for me today and I cannot say enough about the professionalism, quality and service that they extend to their customers. In an age when so many companies see everyone as simply a dollar sign it is refreshing and inspiring to work with one that still cares about individual relationships. From their front office personnel to their senior management and front line installation crew I encountered nothing but caring and professional people. If you are in need of a new system, repairs or maintenance you would be foolish to not include Mann-In with the mix of companies you talk to.

When calling on Mann-In, Inc I knew thru friends that they were a quality company that was very professional. What I did not know is they sent out a team of 3 guys that were very fast and efficient in installing an AC unit in the attic of my house. They had the job done in 4 hours. They also covered all my rugs and hardwood floors with tarps to protect them. The AC they recommended and installed met my needs and all of my expectations. This company is absolutely amazing! When our HVAC system started going out, our friend recommended we contact Mann-In. Their technician, Buck, came that week to take a look. We needed a new system and had no idea where to begin. He sat down with us and laid all of our options out on the table. He carefully explained what each part of the system did, all of the add ons, etc. I was amazed by the information he provided us! It was seriously so helpful to us, especially since my husband and I are new homeowners. After we decided on a system, Dan came out to take some measurements. He was so friendly and professional. Our new system got installed today and Mark and Scooter did an AMAZING job! Mark took the time to show me how to work our new smart thermostat, what they installed, what each part did, etc. These guys are true professionals and really care about their customers. I keep being told to reach out to Mann-In if I have ANY issues at all. I'm extremely confident and happy with my choice of HVAC company! Mann-In installed two HVAC systems in our home and have been doing an excellent job maintaining ever since. We recently had them add air purifiers to the systems. Buck Bradley is an excellent representative taking the time to ensure our knowledge of the systems. Maintenance service staff have been outstanding. Very satisfied. Not much more to add to what has been perfect performance.
